Someone who's actually paying attention.

A presence, not a product

Permanent

Nothing expires, nothing is summarised away. Year four knows year one.

Opinionated

It forms a view of you and will say it plainly, without flattering you first.

Singular

One person, one Mnemoria. Not a workspace, not a feed.

Recall is not understanding.

General assistants can now retrieve a fact you've told them. They report it back with a timestamp and stop. They don't notice today contradicts what you believed in March. They don't hold a view of you.

Retrieval

"On March 14 you said you wanted to leave your job."

Understanding

"The crypto thing isn't a hobby. It's the exit ramp you're already building."

Anamnesis

One conversation, never restarted.

Anamnesis is the ongoing conversation itself: the one place you talk to Mnemoria, with no sessions to pick between and no history to scroll back through. You talk whenever you like, and it stays one unbroken thread, whether your last message was five minutes ago or five months ago.

The name comes from Plato's word for recollection: the idea that learning isn't gaining new knowledge, but recovering a truth you already knew and had simply forgotten. That's what happens here. You're rarely told something new. You're reminded of what you already believed, said, or felt, sometimes weeks or months ago.

Conarium

Where belief meets its record.

Conarium is the page where you see what Mnemoria has learned about you, shown two ways. The name comes from the old term for the pineal gland, once believed to be the body's meeting point between mind and matter. Here, that idea becomes two views of you side by side: the written portrait, and the visible record it's built from.

Lens one — the writing

A short, second-person portrait synthesised from your accumulated memories, regenerated as more is learned. It names patterns. It is not an affirmation.

Revision 121,284 memories
"You describe yourself as patient, but every decision you've told me about this year was made in a single evening. You don't lack conviction. You dislike being watched while you find it."
Regenerated 4 hours ago · previous revisions kept

Lens two — the field

Every memory as a point, clustered by topic. Size is confidence. Contradictions, where a current belief conflicts with an earlier one, are drawn as amber connecting lines.

1,284 memories · 5 clusters · 4 contradictions

One question, before anything else.

There's no setup wizard. Before your first real conversation, Mnemoria asks one sharp question, pulled from a bank of a hundred, built to get past small talk and straight to something real.

"What's something you've told other people you're fine with, that you're actually not fine with?"

Designed to show real insight immediately, even with zero prior memory.
